从占比上看，酱油、火锅调料、复合调味料占比较高，均在10%左右或以上，其中酱油、复合调味料有一定的占比同比上涨，火锅调料则有较大程度的占比同比下滑，火锅调料类目的占比同比下滑推测或也与春节较晚导致的气温以及餐饮习惯变化有一定的相关性。其余选择的类目，提鲜粉、醋、复合调味汁、橄榄油均有一定程度的占比上涨。
